The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League and the Weyburn Red Wings are pleased to announce that defenseman Carson Scheschuk has committed to Norwich University for the 2019 – 2020 season.
The 1999 born Waden , Saskatchewan native recently completed his third season in the Saskatchwen Junior Hockey League playing all three years for Weyburn. In 130 career regular season games with the Red Wings he tallied 12 goals and totaled 37 points.
He will be joining 5 former SJHL players on the Norwich roster. Norwich finished the 2018 – 2019 season ranked 2nd in NCAA Division III nationally. The Cadets were a National finalist for the sixth time in program history.
